Printed Modal Rayon Fabrics

Modal satin is a semi-synthetic fabric spun from the cellulose of beech tree pulp — a plant-based textile prized for its softness and durability. As a high-wet-modulus type of rayon, it keeps its strength and shape even when wet, and it is often blended with a little spandex or rayon for extra stretch and body.

Cool to the touch and about 50% more absorbent than cotton, modal stays comfortable all day and holds its shape wash after wash. Soft, breathable, lightweight, and beautifully fluid in drape, it is a favourite for kurtas, dresses, sarees, and gowns — and a smart, longer-lasting choice for ethical wear.
