Domestic Shipping

Do you offer COD / Cash on Delivery?

Yes.

What are the modes of payment available for placing the order?

You can pay via following modes of payment:

-          Credit Card

-          Debit Card

-          Net Banking

-          NEFT/RTGS

-          PayUMoney

-          COD

Do you have stock in hand?

We are vendor based in market place. Where we collect a fabrics you order from different vendor and dispatched them to you.

In how much time should I expect my order to be delivered?

The order under usual conditions is delivered in 7-8 working days.

How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.

How will the delivery be done?

  • We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL and Fedex. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not servicable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.
  • If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners. 

What happens in case of natural calamities?

There might be a delay in delivering the order in case of natural calamities. We will not be responsible for damage to the order in case of natural calamities or an event not foreseeable to both you and us when the product order was placed.

Do I have to pay extra for international delivery?

Yes, the international delivery cost is based on fabric weight, and delivery destination.

In how much time should I expect my order to be delivered?

The order under usual conditions is delivered in 15-20 working days.

Returns & Replacements

Fab Couture does not offer cash refund. And Products may be returned / replaced only in case the Ordered Fabric length is more than 5 Meters or a SKD set is ordered. This facility can only be availed within 3 days of the goods being delivered to the shipping location. The refund will be generated in form of a coupon code which can be used by the buyer on Fab Couture website for future purchase.

What qualifies as returnable product?

  • 1. Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.
  • 2. Products drastically different from photo on the website.
  • 3. Products which you may not like for quality related issues.

What to take care of when returning products?

All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. Any fabric which has been cut into pieces or returned without the original bill shall not qualify for refund.

When will I be refunded?

We do not offer cash refund. We will credit the amount in form of a coupon code upon receipt of returned fabric. We can refund you once the original product has been returned without any damage. The coupon code generated will be equivalent to the value of product returned. The shipping charges will have to be borne by the buyer. The coupon code will be valid for a said time as informed by Fab Couture at the time of code generation. 

 

Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded in form of coupon code which can used for future purchases on the website.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund ( in form of coupon code of equivalent value less shipping charge) will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund coupon. You will be notified of the same by email.

If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as 'Shipped', we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund in form of coupon code will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier. 

Modes of Refund:

We do not offer cash refund.

Ordering

Outstation orders need to be confirmed online and payment confirmed via bank transfer/cash deposit before dispatch. Orders on phone are accepted for customers in Chandigarh / Tricity area and COD facility can also be availed locally.

Promotions and New products will be available time to time on our web site , you will also be notified via Email if you registered to our Newsletter.

Viewing Orders

You can view your current orders and your history under My Account . Here you have access to all of your recent orders, account information, address book and more. You can click on each individual order to view the details and even click on "reorder" to quickly checkout with the previously purchased items.

Updating Account Information

Within My Account , you may update your personal information by clicking on the corresponding "edit" link under each module.
