Cancellation Policy
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order before the product has been cut buy calling us or writing us at [email protected]. Your entire order amount will be refunded in the same mode as paid through or in form of coupon code which can used for future purchases on the website.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been cut, shipped or delivered to you, unless untill there is any manufactring defect in it.
When will I be refunded?
We do not offer cash refund. We will credit the amount in form of a coupon code upon receipt of returned fabric. We can refund you once the original product has been returned without any damage. The coupon code generated will be equivalent to the value of product returned. The shipping charges will have to be borne by the buyer. The coupon code will be valid for a said time as informed by Fab Couture at the time of code generation.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
Modes of Refund:
We do not offer cash refund.
1. Refund Coupon will be shared which can be used on our website for future purchases.
2. If an order is cancelled due to unavailability of the fabric, the payment shall be refunded to the original source of payment. Please note that the entire refund process takes approx. 10-15 days to be complete and we expect you to be patient for this time.
