1. Introduction

Welcome to FabCouture. By accessing or using our website (www.fabcouture.in), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Business Information

FabCouture is an online platform offering fabrics, unstitched suits, and textile products for retail and wholesale customers across India and internationally.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However:

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings
  • Fabric texture and finish may appear slightly different in real life
  • All fabrics are cut from rolls and may have minor weaving irregularities

These are not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in INR (₹) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned)
  • We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and net banking through secure third-party payment gateways
  • A payment is considered successful only after confirmation from the payment gateway

Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but the amount is debited:

  • The amount is usually auto-refunded by the bank within 5–7 working days
  • In case of delay, customers should contact their respective bank

5. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
  • FabCouture reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Pricing errors
    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days (unless specified otherwise)
  • Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partners
  • Delays may occur due to external factors such as logistics disruptions, weather, or holidays

FabCouture is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing or fabics once cut from the role.
  • Cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not been dispatched

8. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

8.1 Fabrics

  • Fabrics are cut from rolls as per customer requirements
  • No returns or refunds are allowed for non-defective fabrics

8.2 Defective Products

  • Only replacement is allowed (no refunds)
  • Customers must report defects within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos must be shared as proof

8.3 Suits & Dupattas

  • Returns are accepted for unstitched/stitched suits and dupattas
  • Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer
  • Refund will be processed only in the FabCouture wallet

8.4 Custom Orders

  • Custom-dyed or specially made fabrics are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
  • In case of major issues, rework may be offered (shipping cost borne by customer)

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, designs, text, and graphics is the property of FabCouture and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. User Responsibilities

By using this website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse the platform
  • Not to engage in fraudulent transactions
  • To provide accurate billing and shipping information

11. Fraud Prevention

FabCouture reserves the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious orders
  • Block users involved in fraudulent activity
  • Report fraudulent transactions to authorities

12. Limitation of Liability

FabCouture shall not be held liable for:

  • Payment failures due to banking or technical issues
  • Delays caused by logistics partners
  • Minor variations in product appearance

13. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services such as payment gateways and courier partners. FabCouture is not responsible for issues arising from these services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hisar, Haryana.

15. Changes to Terms

FabCouture reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this page periodically.
